About this piece
The Alvorum Sloane Dresser stacks four soft fabric drawers into a slim steel-framed tower that takes up less than 18 inches of wall. It is the easy answer for closets, nurseries and narrow walls where a wooden dresser would be too deep or too heavy.
Each drawer is built from three layers: fabric outside, a rigid MDF board inside the front, and fabric again, so the fronts stay flat and the drawers hold up to 11 lb each. Arched handles give a firm grip, and an end-stop design keeps the drawers from pulling all the way out.
The 1.5 mm thickened steel tube frame, X cross bar and anti-tilt device keep the tower stable, and the top holds up to 44 lb. An ideal narrow dresser, closet organizer and bedroom storage tower for clothes, linens and toys.
