About this piece
The Alvorum Asker Curved Walnut Nightstand has no straight corner anywhere on it. The body wraps round in one continuous curve, a slanted groove on the front doubles as the drawer pull, and the whole piece sits on a low recessed plinth. Finished in a walnut-brown open grain, it suits modern, minimalist, wabi sabi and luxury bedrooms.
Asker is made to be looked at from every side. The curved panels carry the grain around the corners without a visible break, and the front stays free of hardware, so nothing interrupts the shape.
Two full-width drawers on metal runners handle the everyday clutter, and the rounded form leaves no hard edge in a tight space beside the bed. An ideal designer bedside table, curved nightstand and two drawer bedroom cabinet for contemporary and Japandi interiors.
