About this piece
The Alvorum Bosk Pendant Light is a globe of thin natural wood slats, each bent and fixed by hand around an open frame. The 35 cm (13.8 in) shade lets the bulb glow through the gaps, casting a soft pattern of light and shadow across the table and walls. It suits Scandinavian, Japandi, boho and organic modern interiors.
Bosk takes a standard E26 or E27 bulb and runs on any household voltage from 90 to 260 V, so you can fit a warm filament, a soft LED or a smart bulb. The cord length is adjustable at installation, which lets you set the drop for a dining table, a kitchen island or a high ceiling.
The open slatted shade softens the light in a way solid metal and glass cannot, and it keeps its warmth even when the lamp is off. An ideal dining room pendant, kitchen island light and natural wood ceiling lamp for open-plan living spaces.
